I too am feeling a bit burned out from running stuff--racing, training, and volunteering. I'll get through this summer and see what happens the rest of the year. Next year may be VERY different.Chris Ⓥhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14415854268293709962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3109005193454836082.post-90462376193180479452009-02-22T21:42:00.000-06:002009-02-22T21:42:00.000-06:00I think it's good that you're looking at your runn...I think it's good that you're looking at your running this way now. Sometimes we do get burned out! It's never a bad thing to take some downtime and just...breathe.

Of course, like I should talk...I have yet to take some volunteered downtime :) As I'm writing this, I have the Land Between the Lakes website up, begging me to register, and I'm trying to come up with a way to run an ultra per month this year! Maybe 2010 will be my 'relaxed' year, lol.

I think a 100 as your main race for the year is a great goal. You don't need much more than that in the way of running goals in a year!

Good luck!Paigehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16936117159619262436noreply@blogger.com
