Toe or no...Good to see you back on the blogosphere. Toe or not...you'll be ready for BR100. Maybe it's just fate telling you to rest more. Maybe you would have struggled and DNF'd at the 50 miler. Get in one more long run and then taper like your life depends on it! Sleep, eat, repeat. Easy jogs will lead to a full recovery and fresh legs come the 100 miler.
